Everyone falls in love with this creamy, flavorful, and healthy pasta recipe. Not only does it have delicious veggies packet into it, but it’s also extremely easy to make! Enjoy!

The Pasta

This pasta has got to be one of the easiest to make! It comes together in 1 pot, and results in the CREAMIEST sauce you have ever tastes. The flavor is amazing, but no over whelming. You can thank me later, after you try this easy but delicious pasta. You can also automize it with any add-ins you would like!

Unlike other Rose’ Pasta recipes you can find, this one all cooks in one pot (the pasta too) this means that the Pasta gets to absorb all the flavor from the tasty sauce. The best part is that the sauce is so simple, and probably one of the easiest homemade sauces you will ever make!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/2 large onion diced
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes or shatta
  • 2 tsp chicken broth (or bouillon cubes)
  • 4 and 1/2 cups dry penne or another pasta
  • 4 and 1/2 cups of tomato sauce or Marinera Sauce
  • 2 and 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup hummus
  • 2 large zucchinis sliced into half moons
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 large bell pepper cubed
  • 3/4 cup mushrooms sliced

Instructions

  • Add the oil to a large pot on high heat. When the oil is hot, add your garlic, onion, red pepper flakes, and chicken broth. Cook until the onions have softened, and the aroma is strong. (3 minutes)
  • Add the pasta, tomato sauce, water, and hummus. Lower the heat to medium-high, and cook partially covered for 15 minutes. Stir the pasta occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Add your zucchinni, bell pepper, mushrooms, and cream. Cook for another 5-10 minutes. Serve fresh, or store in an air tight contair for 3 days in the fridge.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Vegan: Substitute the cream for any vegan creamer.
Enjoy!
