The Best Chocolate Fudge Frosting-made with Hershey’s Cocoa, richer than a buttercream, you’ll think you’re eating a decadent fudge!

It wasn’t always this way. As a kid, I was all about the frosting. The cake was just a vehicle to deliver it. I would eat all the frosting around the cake, then if the cake was actually good, I’d have a few bites of it as well :p

If you’re looking for a subtle chocolate flavor, this Chocolate Buttercream is the best choice.

This is the weirdest thing you have ever heard a blogger say: I do not like buttercream! Comment if you agree!!

Buttercream is just as if you are eating butter and sugar with flavor that does not hide a thing!! This frosting has no butter Flavor and tastes like chocolate chips! Let’s get started

Notes

If you are using white chocolate please color only with oil coloring or buy colored candy melts 🙂
PS. I use this recipe in My Chocolate Zucchinni Cake recipe
This is great for piping just instead of warm heavy cream use it hot, I love this on cakes and it just rocks on cookies!! Adding more HOT heavy cream for a more pipable icing 🙂
