Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 heaping tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup warm milk

Zaater Topping

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup zaatar

Cheese mixture

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 large egg

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Knead of then minutes. Set in a warm, drag-free location and allow the dough to rest for 1.5 hours. Preheat the oven to 375 and prepare 3 baking sheets.
  • Punch the air out of the dough and roll into pizzas that are about 1/4 inch thick and about 1/4-1/2 dough. Spread topping onto the pastries
  • Bake for 15-25 minutes or until the tops of the pastries are golden.
  • Cool and enjoy.
