One Bowl Recipe

These cookies easily come together in one bowl (and an electric beater.) I personally recommend making these cookies in a stand mixer as adding the ingredients is much easier. These mini cookies are very easy to make, but they won’t last more than a day!!

How to Make Mini Cookies

As I mentioned before, these cookies are very easy to make and require one bowl and an electric mixer (you can use a whisk) Simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Beat your sugar and butter until fluffy and light;
  2. Add in your egg and vanilla, beat;
  3. Add in your dries;
  4. Add in your chocolate;

Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 and 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup softened butter (room temp.)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips see note

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F of 175°C and prepare two large cookie sheets/pans.
  • In a large bowl, or stand mixer, beat your sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add in your egg and vanilla, beat for 1 more minutes. Add in your flour, baking soda, chocolate chips* and salt; use a spatula to mix until fully combined.
  • Scoop 1 tsp sized scoops onto the baking sheet. Space each scoop 2 cm apart. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
  • Cool, and enjoy!

Notes

*Chocolate Chips Alternative: You can also use nuts, mini M&Ms, dried fruit, or even a chopped up candy/chocolate bar.
