This is one of my new favorite foods! It’s so moist, so soft, and tastes like fall. Wait until you smell the spicy cinnamon and taste the soft apples. The flavor is as strong as it is good. Each slice is a buttery and sweet concoction! Every one will love this quick bread!
Details:
The dough is sweet, buttery, cinnamon-y, and taste just like a soft spice cake! The apples add a burst of sweetness, moisture, and texture.
The cake is crumbly, moist, soft, and sweet.
This is about as easy as it gets! Just combine all of your ingredients in a bowl and stir. Ka-Pow! You’ve got a tasty cake.
This recipe was inspired by banana bread. After baking banana bread for…maybe the 300th time, I decided to change it us. Thank you, Mother!! My dearest mother suggested that I make cinnamon bread with apples using the banana bread recipe. Ka-ching! The product tasted faintly of spice cake, but it is one of the best. Imagine a soft and buttery spice can with sweet and soft dots of spicing apples throughout the cake!!!
This recipe is very easy and fun to make!!
