Peanut Butter cookie

This cookie has so much peanut protein! and only 5 ingredients

  • 1 and 3/4 cup (371 grams) Light or dark Brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 and 3/4 cup chunky or creamy Peanut butter
  • Flaky Sea salt


  • Preheat oven to 355F 180C
  • whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla extracts add Peanut butter On a prelined baking sheet roll about 3 tablespoons sized rolls of cookie dough
  • create a criscross with a fork dipped in white sugar
  • sprinkle with flaky sea salt
  • Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are firm


Protip: Reduce the sugar by 1/2 a cup for a healthier alternative
