We all love Coffee don’t we? How about ice cream? Well this recipe is 3 times better than both!
This coffee has been a trend for months now! And I just love the fluffy and puffy, cloudy texture!

I don’t drink coffee! 1. It is not healthy 2. It tastes very bitter
The only reason I liked this whipped coffee recipe is because I increased the sugar factor… Sorry coffee lovers: Your Coffee is too bitter
Dalgona Factors:
- Fluffy coffee (ice cream coffee?)
Now…. What creates the fluffy? Making a foam from just instant coffee and water works, however, it doesn’t look as luscious as the ‘original’ version with sugar. Sugar plays a crucial role in making the super fluffy foam! So Do not lose the sugar!!
How To Make perfect Dalgona:
- Do Not Reduce the sugar by less than a teaspoon
- do NOT under whip
- use hot water
Let Me explain: Reducing the sugar means no foam…
under-whipping means that it will be not as smooth but rather :
finally: using hot water gets rid of any granules of instant expresso 🙂

Dalgona Coffee
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp HOT water
Instructions
- combine the coffee, sugar and water
- whip with an electric or hand mixer on high speed (5 minutes for electric) (400 strokes by hand)
