La tropical smoothie
a delicious summer recipe! so refreshing!
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks (or fresh)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (or fresh)
- 1 cup ice
- frozen banana, sliced (or fresh)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (you may need to reduce by two tablespoons if you–unlike me–DO NOT want a thick smoothie)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
