Thick Chocolate Chip Cookies
Sweet, thick, chewy, these cookies are everything you can imagine. Every bite is thick and buttery. Adapted from my original Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies, this recipe is one to fall in love with!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups semi-chocolate chip cookies
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
Instructions
- Prep 3 large cookie sheets and preheat the oven to 375°F or 190°C
- In a large bowl, melt your butter. Whisk in your sugar, honey, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Once full combined, sift in your flour, baking soda, corn starch, and salt. before folding in your dry mixture, add your chocolate chips. Fold the ingredients until they're evenly distributed.
- Roll the dough into 1 tbsp balls and set on the cookie sheets 1 inch apart. Bake the cookies for 12 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Cool and enjoy!
