Peanut Butter cookie
This cookie has so much peanut protein! and only 5 ingredients
Ingredients
- 1 and 3/4 cup (371 grams) Light or dark Brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 and 3/4 cup chunky or creamy Peanut butter
- Flaky Sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 355F 180C
- whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla extracts add Peanut butter On a prelined baking sheet roll about 3 tablespoons sized rolls of cookie dough
- create a criscross with a fork dipped in white sugar
- sprinkle with flaky sea salt
- Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are firm
Notes
Protip: Reduce the sugar by 1/2 a cup for a healthier alternative
