Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup butter melted
  • 100 g chocolate chips melted
  • 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extracts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 30 oreos

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare your baking pan with parchment.
  • In a large bowl, melt your butter and chocolate chips together. Add your granulated sugar and your brown sugar and stir to combine a thick mixture. Next, crack in your eggs and stir to combine. Add vanilla and salt for flavor. In the same bowl, add your dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Prepare your Oreos by breaking them into pieces of roughly the same size.
  • Spread half of your brownie mixture to your baking pan. Scatter half your Oreos onto mixture. Cover completely with the second half of your brownie mixture. Decorate with remaining Oreos.
  • Bake for 31-32 minutes, or until a toothpick is pulled out with several moist crumbs. Cool for 7 minutes before cutting. Dig in and enjoy!
