Smoothie Tips:
Adding the milk first to the blender will help it blend easier.
Basically you just need a higher powered blender if you want that super thick texture. I recommend this blender
Add your frozen strawberries and bananas over the milk, and blend it all up! This smoothie is super thick, so you might need to stop blending and use a spoon to mix it all around. The blender I use comes with a tamper.
Be patient, it will blend!
I gladly take a few extra minutes to help the smoothie blend instead of adding more milk. As far as smoothies go, the thicker the better in my opinion!
My last tip is to layer it. put the harder ingredients on top and the less frozen on softer on the bottom with milk. I also recommend using milk, it can be dairy free, vegan or whole milk milk gives the creaminess that juice and water cannot. always recommend adding milk and using frozen fruit.

- 4 cups mixed berries including strawberries
- 1/2 cup milk you may need 1/4 more later in the blending process
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 banana sliced into coins
