Fudgy Chocolate Frosting

This is fudgy! Not BUTTERY! It is as if you are eating fudge not butter! The frosting comes together really fast!

- 3 cups bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar
- 1/4 cup warm heavy cream or milk (optional to whip it into the consistency of wet paint)
- 1 tbsp (120g) full-fat sour cream at room temperature to hold the texture
Melt chocolate
add sour cream and stir
add milk or heavy cream
let come to room temp
If you are using white chocolate please color only with oil coloring or buy colored candy melts :)

This is great for piping just instead of warm heavy cream use it hot, I love this on cakes and it just rocks on cookies!! Adding more HOT heavy cream for a more pipable icing :)
