Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare two cupcake pans with cupcake liners
In a large bowl, sift and whisk the dry ingredients. Using an electric mixer, beat the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients, the wet mixture, the yogurt, and the milk in a bowl. Fold together.
Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 of the way.
Bake for 11-13 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out with several crumbs.
