Easy Chocolate Glazed Donuts

Nothing beats these homemade fried donuts. The interior is fluffy, soft, and light, while the exterior is a slightly crispy barrier coated in the most flavorful chocolate glaze ever. - 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk warm milk
- 1/8 cup melted better
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
For the glaze:
- 1 cup nutella
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
In a large bowl, combine the flour, half of the sugar, and the salt.
In a small bowl, comnine the yeast, warm milk, the other half of the sugar, melted butter, and room temperature egg. Mix, and set aside. Once the yeast activates, and leaves bubbles on the surface, you can add the liquid mixture into the dries.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes, until it is soft and elasic, but not too sticky. Brush with some oil, and let the dough rest for 1:30 hours.
After resting the dough, roll it out to about 1/2 of an inch, and cut it with a cookie cutter that has the diameter of 4 inches. Cut the hole with a cooking cutter that is about 1 inch in diameter. Set the donut holes and donts aside, and let them rise for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil to 160°C or 320°F and let it heat for 3 minutes. Lay the donuts in the oil, and fry each side until it is a light golden brown. Set onto a towl, and let the oil drain.
For the glaze:
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl until it forms a glaze. You can thicken it with cocoa, and thin it with milk.
Coat the donuts with glaze while they are warm, and set aside to cool.
