La tropical smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks (or fresh)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (or fresh)
  • 1 cup ice
  • frozen banana, sliced (or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (you may need to reduce by two tablespoons if you--unlike me--DO NOT want a thick smoothie)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
