Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extracts
  • 1 and 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F or 175C and grease a bundt pan (or a loaf pan)
  • Begin by mashing your bananas. To your bananas, add your eggs and vanilla and lemon juice. Beat for 1 minute. Add in your canola oil, honey and sugar. Beat for another minute.
  • In a seperate bowl, combine your flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Sift.
  • Alternate adding your dries and milk into the dry ingredients. Fold until fully combined.
  • Add your walnuts (fold them in). Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a tooth pick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool and enjoy!

Notes

Oil: you can replace the oil for the same amount of apple sauce
honey: you can replace this with maple syrup, the flavor may be a bit stronger. 
sugar: you can replace the brown sugar with coconut sugar and molasses or honey.
