- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 heaping tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 cup warm milk
Zaater Topping
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup zaatar
Cheese mixture
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 large egg
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Knead of then minutes. Set in a warm, drag-free location and allow the dough to rest for 1.5 hours. Preheat the oven to 375 and prepare 3 baking sheets.
Punch the air out of the dough and roll into pizzas that are about 1/4 inch thick and about 1/4-1/2 dough. Spread topping onto the pastries
Bake for 15-25 minutes or until the tops of the pastries are golden.
Cool and enjoy.
